An event titled “From the Leaf to the Cup”, which aimed at introducing the Turkish tea tradition, was carried out at ENU by the Astana branch of Yunus Emre Institute.
Among the participants were the undersecretary of the Turkish Embassy Özlem Hersan, assistant Rector Basıbek Somjürek, the dean of the faculty of International Relations Akbota Joldasbekova, representatives of foreign mission in Astana, teaching staff and students. Guests were offered Turkish tea, simit (Turkish bagel) and cheese.
