On November 29, 2022, within the framework of the student volunteer club "Rukhani zhangyru-Spiritual development", an educational event "Formation of spiritual and moral culture" was organized at the Foreign Languages Department, the Faculty of International Relations.
The organizers of the event are the senior lecturer of the Foreign Languages Department D.O. Saliyeva and the club members.
The purpose of the event is to encourage the young generation of our country to be worthy citizens, to develop their worldview and conscious thinking, to encourage the development of human capital: professional, spiritual and personal, and the desire to preserve national identity: native language, culture and traditions.
The event was attended by the teaching staff of the Foreign Languages Department, students and postgraduates of the faculties of international relations and social sciences.
The opening speech at the extracurricular event was delivered by acting head of the Foreign Languages Department Aliya Mutali and Senior Lecturer in charge of the educational affairs Aigul Kadyskyzy. They emphasized that the department regularly and continuously organizes events according to the approved plan, and the main goal of such educational events is to promote national values, encourage patriotism among young people, and promote the development of Kazakh language along with teaching foreign languages.
The event began with citing a poetry. Eslyam Makhabbat, the 1st-year student of the Faculty of International Relations, read an impressive poem by Mukagali Makatayev.

The 1st-year postgraduate students of the Social Sciences Faculty majoring in Cultural Studies Kuntayeva Galiya and Maria Maguzova performed the beautiful melody “Kozimnin karasy” by the great philosopher Abai Kunanbayev, accompanied by such musical instruments as prima kobyz and cello.
The event ended with the performance of Eskendir Khasangaliyev’s song "Atameken" by the event organizers. We wish the youth, the future of our country, great achievements in creativity and studies.
