On May 4, 2022, the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov hosted the opening ceremony of the exhibition "Qur'an calligraphy", which was attended by Rector of ENU SYDYKOV Yerlan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of Kazakhstan SABER Majid Samadzade, Vice-Rector for Science, Commercialization and Internationalization KURMANGALIEVA Zhanna Dulatovna, Director of the Iranian Cultural Center MATIN Ali Akbar Talebi, Dean of the Faculty of International Relations Miras Makhmedunovich KOSYBAEV, as well as teaching staff and university students.
The exhibition featured the works of Iranian master Mohsen EBRAHIMI, the author of numerous valuable works, who organized several exhibitions in several countries: USA, Iraq, Serbia, Qatar, Bosnia, China.
The guests had the opportunity to get acquainted with Iranian calligraphy and participate in a master class of a calligrapher.
