On February 24, 2023, the Faculty of International Relations held a scientific seminar on the topic "Problems of publication in rating journals" for the teaching staff and young scientists of the university.
The speakers of the seminar were Zhaksylyk Sabitov, professor of the APK Department, lecturer-researcher, PhD and Zhuldyzay Iskakova, PhD, senior lecturer of the APK Department, researcher-postdoctoral researcher of the Zhas Galym project.
The seminar was moderated by the head of the Department of the APK Natalia Kalashnikova.
The speakers of the seminar focused on the criteria necessary for the preparation of high-quality publications, measures to increase publication activity at the university, as well as the possibilities of modern online resources.
In total, 21 people took part in the seminar, 17 of them in an online format.
