At the Department of Turkology was held a final scientific and methodological seminar for the 2017-2018 academic year

      On June 20, 2018 at the Department of Turkology at the Faculty of International Relations hosted the final scientific and methodological seminar for the 2017-2018 academic year. Emil Ertugrul Atbash, a teacher of Turkology from the Republic of Turkey and a teacher of Turkology from Kazakh-speaking students, c.ph.s., associate professor Begimova Gulzhanat Abdrakhmanovna made a report on the theme "The effectiveness of student self-study in modern teaching of the Turkish language".

    The report by E.E. Atbash is mainly based on the analysis of Turkish language knowledge among the department of Turkology students. The level of language proficiency combined with various types of visual and visual materials. Discussion of the report took place in Turkish and English. Most of the issues concerned the elimination of barriers to attracting students to the specialty "Foreign Philology: Turkish Language", the organization of courses, the mastery of the Turkish language.

     Begimova's report was distinguished by factual data, figures and topical issues for current teachers. Master classes were organized for teachers, and there was a broad discussion of language, thought and phraseology.

     The seminar was attended by teachers, graduate students and students of the Department of Turkology. The report aroused so much interest among the listener that many questions were raised, and it is clear that this is exactly what needs to be done.
