November 25, 2019 within the walls of the Eurasian National University. L.N. Gumilev at the Department of Turkology of the Faculty of International Relations hosted an event dedicated to the day of teachers in Turkey, organized by a visiting professor from Turkey Vildan Onjul.
The event was opened by the dean of the faculty A.M. Yesengalieva. Mr. Abdumatalip Четetin, Counselor for Education of the Extraordinary Embassy of Turkey in the Republic of Kazakhstan, delivered a congratulatory speech.
Students and undergraduates of the Department of Turkology created a festive atmosphere, performing poems, songs in Turkish, dancing dances of Turkic peoples.
The guests of the concert were representatives of the Extraordinary Embassy of Turkey in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the head of the Turkish Cultural Center named after Yunusa Emre A. Isina, Dean of the Faculty of International Relations A.M. Yesengalieva, teaching staff and students of the Department of Turkology, students of the school-lyceum №48.
