On December 8, 2022, at the Faculty of International Relations, an international scientific and practical conference "Studies of Nazir Torekulov: diplomacy and national interests" was held, which was dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the diplomat.
The conference was attended by representatives of foreign diplomatic corps accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Deputy Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as representatives of diplomatic missions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Saudi Arabia Arabia and the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Turkey, Deputy Executive Director of the CICA Secretariat, representatives of the Turkic Academy, the Otandastar Foundation and many others.
The conference was attended by representatives of international organizations, state and public figures, domestic and foreign scientists from India, Spain and Turkey.
