The conference "Russia-Kazakhstan: an alliance looking to the future"

On February 28, 2018, the teaching staff of the Department of the Regional Studies and undergraduates of the direction of the Eurasian Integration took part in the international conference "Kazakhstan-Russia: An Alliance Intent to the Future" organized by the Analytical Center of the Library of the First President of the RK-Elbasy, the Political Center "North-South" and the Russian- Kazakhstan expert IQ-Club.

During the conference, the Minister for Integration and Macroeconomics of the Eurasian Economic Commission Tatyana Valova, Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sergey Gromov, Member of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Umakhan Umakhanov, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tleuberdi and other representatives of political and scientific groups of Kazakhstan and Russia .

During the conference, the current state and prospects of integration processes in the Eurasian space were considered, moreover, the participants touched on actual issues in different areas of bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia.
