Purpose of EP: Training of the specialists-experts in certain foreign regions of the world, possessing basic knowledge in the field of political, legal and socio-economic sciences, able to identify and analyze complex problems of regional processes and use the results in practice.
List of specialist positions: Аssistant and consultant in the field of regional policy and the economy, foreign policy observer, translator (translator-interpreter) for the relevant foreign languages at work in state bodies and organizations, local authorities, educational organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, teacher of secondary and higher educational institutions
Object of professional activity: Objects of professional activity of graduates are: regional policy, regional economic processes, internal and external policies of the states, international organizations capable of having a significant impact on world events, global and regional processes of the modern world, local authorities, commercial structures, management.

Object of professional activity: The future graduate can do professional activities in following areas: diplomatic and consular missions, ministries and departments of the RK, National Funds, city and regional akimats, leading Kazakhstan and foreign research institutes, higher educational institutions, Kazakhstan branches of leading foreign universities, foreign universities and international organizations in the UN system.
Types of professional activity: Researching global and regional international processes, pedagogical activity in higher educational institutions, analytical work in state bodies and non-governmental organizations.

Area of professional activity: Ministries and departments of Republic of Kazakhstan, national funds, city and regional akimats, leading Kazakhstan and foreign research institutes, higher educational institutions, Kazakhstan branches of leading foreign universities, foreign universities and international organizations in the UN system, international regional and non-governmental organizations, think tanks, analytical departments in research institutions, analytical departments in innovation funds, analytical departments in scientific and cultural centers.
Types of professional activity: Research work in the field of studying global and regional international processes, pedagogical activity in higher educational institutions, analytical work in state bodies and non-governmental organizations.
