The famous foreign scientists who contributed to the development of spiritual and cultural ties between the Turkic states were awarded the "Birlik" gold medal of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. The award was presented by the Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, turkologist Zh.K. Tuimebayev (13.01.2021)

Rakhmonov Nasimkhon, Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Tashkent State Institute of Arts and Culture (Tashkent) - a member of the "Turkology" section of the Republican Educational and Methodological Council on the basis of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University;
Mustafa Oner, Doctor-Professor Ege University (Izmir) - foreign supervisor of doctoral students in the specialty 6D021200-Turkology;
Yusupova Alfiya, Doctor of Philology, Professor of Kazan Federal University (Kazan) - a member of the Dissertation Council of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in the specialty 6D021200-Turkology in the direction of training "8D023-Languages and Literature";
Dr. Süer Eker, professor, Baskent University (Ankara) - 8D02212 - foreign scientific supervisor of doctoral students in Turkology; Executor of the research project "Integration among Higher Educational Systems of Turkic Language States: A Complex of Common textbooks of Linguistic Turkic Studies" (2015-2017), implemented at the department;
Dr. Ibrahim Shahin, Professor of Ege University (Izmir) - foreign supervisor of doctoral students in the speciality 6D021200-Turkology.
