Dear colleagues, PhD and Master students!
Department of International Relations of IR Faculty of L.N.Gumilyov ENU, continuing the tradition of holding an online / offline international conference established in 2013 and realizing the importance of promoting Nazir Tyuryakulov’s legacy, plans to hold the International Tyuryakulov Readings on December 8, 2022 at 10.00 am, dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the diplomat.
The goals of the conference are a more in-depth study of the legacy of Nazir Tyuryakulov as a diplomat, statesman and public figure, an orientalist, as well as discussion of topical issues of the development of diplomacy, international relations and foreign policy of modern Kazakhstan.
The conference is planned for the following sections:
1. Diplomatic activities of Nazir Tyuryakulov and foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2. Trends in the development of diplomacy
3. The role of diplomacy in foreign policy
4. Relevant problems of international relations in the XXI century

Papers for publication in the collection of conference materials must be sent to the organizing committee by e-mail before November 25, 2022 with the following documents attached:
1. Completed application form (form attached);
2. The text of the report in electronic form (requirements and a sample are attached);
By decision of the organizing committee, an electronic collection of conference materials will be published on the basis of the selected materials. Papers must be fully edited by the author and not contain grammatical and stylistic errors.
