From September 3 to September 30, 2018 an assistant professor in political science at the University of Fakir Mohan (Balassor, Orissa, India) Ramakrishna Pradhan arrived at the Faculty of International Relations of ENU L.N. Gumilev by the invitation of the Department of Regional Studies.
For the visit Professor Pradhan gives lectures to students, consultations to students of master’s and Phd-candidates. Also, there are methodical seminars planned for young teachers of the faculty of international relations.
The area of the professor’s specialization consists of International relations and foreign policy analysis, security studies, climate change and global governance, geopolitics of world energy resources, Central Asia in world politics, energy security, India and the world affairs, energy poverty, research methodology. Professor Pradhan has a lot of publications including 3 books, 7 edited books, 30 articles in scientific journals; as well he has reviews of books and editorials in newspapers and so on.
