On September 16, 2022, in the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the participation of teachers and students of the Department of Oriental Studies of the Faculty of International Relations of the L.N.Gumilev Eurasian National University, the corner "Iranian Literature" was opened in the "Constitution" hall of the library.
The event was attended by honorary guests and representatives of the diplomatic corps of the Embassy of Islam in Kazakhstan, headed by the head of the Organization of Culture and Islamic Relations of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Muhammad Mehdi Imanipour. During the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed at the National Academic Library of the Republic of
Kazakhstan and the corner "Iranian Literature" was inaugurated. The scientific and creative intelligentsia of Kazakhstan and Iran expressed confidence that friendly relations between the two countries will flourish in the future.
