The 101st anniversary of the adoption of the National Anthem of Turkey and the 107th anniversary of the victory at Canakkale were celebrated by students of the Eurasian National University named after L.N.Gumilyov with a jubilee program.
The event was attended by Deputy Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Nur-Sultan Turhan Dilmach, Vice-Rector of the Eurasian National University Dikhan Kamzabekuly, the Dean of Faculty International Relations Kossybaev Miras, military attaches and advisers to the Nur-Sultan embassy, as well as teachers and students.
The commemorative program, prepared by a visiting teacher of the Department of Turkic Studies, Phd Vildan Oncul, spoke about the importance of national anthems and the heroic deeds of the Turkish people who resisted the occupation. Ernazarova Shakhnoza, Bikeeva Sofya, Dinmukhammedkyzy Botagoz, Kasenova Kamila, Beisen Medina, Zhumadilova Nazim, Yermekbai Akbota, Narkesh Nargiza, Bukharbai Marzhan, Askar Akbota, Sabitova Inkar, professional music groups KAZ MOON-AI jazz, Asylbekuly Nurlybek, Ashina's group and dombra player Amirkhanov Mukagali Anarbekuly.
