On March 27, 2018 Professor Mehmet Olmez of the Turkish Yildyz Technical University held an online seminar titled "The Development of Turkic Languages and Modern Turkic Studies" at the department of Turkology of the Faculty of International Relations. The seminar was attended by teachers of the department of Turkology, doctoral students and magistrates. The seminar was held at the highest level, and interesting issues were discussed.
