2. Foreign scientists-colleagues cooperate in the field of training PhD students, being their co-consultants, as well as being members of the dissertation council So, since 2019, A. Sh. Yusupova, PhD., Professor of the Department of General Linguistics and Turkology of Kazan State University is a member of the dissertation Council on the specialty of Turkology (ENU Order of 12.11.2019).
A. S. Yusupova took an active part in the online format on March 12-13, 2020 during the defense of doctoral students N. Balabekova, Zh. Aidarbekova, A. Kusainova.
3. Teaching staff of the Department of Turkology are invited as opponents of doctoral students of foreign universities, members of foreign scientific organizations, as well as reviewers of scientific papers:
Professor M.K. Eskeeva was the official opponent for the defense of A. Perniyazova's dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philology (ruk. Sh. Abdinazimov, Nukus State University, Uzbekistan).
Professor M. K. Eskeeva is a member of the Turkish Linguistic Society (TDK, Ankara, Turkey).
Professor M.K. Eskeeva has written numerous reviews of scientific articles published in Uzbek scientific publications.
4. Foreign Turkologists take an active part in the activities of the International Journal of Turkology, which operates on the basis of the Department of Turkology "Turkish Studies Journal" as members of the editorial board:

In addition, these members of the editorial board review the articles of the journal and write articles to the specified journal, so in different issues of the "Turkish Studies Journal" for 2019 – 2020, articles by G. 4. International cooperation is carried out within the framework of projects.
· International project: "Interaction of the history, culture, and language of the Turkic peoples in post-Soviet Kazakhstan", implemented by Kazakh Turkologists together with scientists from the Free University of Berlin and the Goethe University of Frankfurt am Main (2015-2017). On the German side, the project leaders were K. Schening and I. Nevskaya, on the Kazakh side, the project co-leaders were N. Shaimerdinova and S. Tazhibayeva (Other teaching staff of the Department of Turkology also participated in the project).
· The Republican project "Preservation and development of the ethnic cultural heritage of the Kipchak-Oguz peoples in the conditions of modern Kazakhstan", designed for 2018-2020. The project manager is M. Zholdasbekov, in which I. A. Nevskaya participated under the contract.
5. Foreign Turkologists take an active part in scientific seminars, round tables held monthly at the department:
Doctor of PhD, Head of the Department of Turkish Language and Literature Yerzhan Petek spoke at the round table "Abay and the Turkic world" on December 10, 2020 (Microsoft Teams platform), dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Abay with the report "Abay Kara Sözleri'nin el yazması hakkında". Shushan Khachatryan, PhD, Yerevan State University, also took part in this round table with the report "Studying the heritage of Abay Kunanbayev in Armenia". On December 24, 2020, Vildan Onjul, an invited foreign teacher from Turkey, gave a speech at the scientific seminar of the department.
