EDUCATIONAL OPEN LESSON "MOTHER TONGUE - A PROOF OF MY LIFE" AND LESSON DEVOTED TO THE 175TH ANNIVERSARY OF ABAI KUNANBAYEV

The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A.Nazarbayev said, "The main important thing of the state is not only wealth, but also the future of our native language." The language is revered for all nationalities. The mother tongue penetrates and forms from birth.

Today, representatives of over 130 nationalities live in Kazakhstan. Each of these nations has their mother tongue and traditions. The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1995), the concept on “Language Policy” (1996) and based on them the law on Languages (1997) provide functioning languages in the Republic as an instrument of interethnic and spiritual harmony. Everyone knows that the main sign of independence of the country is its native language. A state cannot exist without a native language. Therefore, each state always honors and defends its mother tongue. The protection of the native language is to speak in their native language.
