The author team consisted of representatives of the partner universities of the consortium educational Network University of the CIS. The textbook "the Foreign policy of the CIS countries" is unique for several reasons.
The first feature of this edition is that the chapters devoted to the foreign policy of the CIS countries has been prepared by researchers from these countries. In other words, getting familiar with the text is the possibility of a comprehensive and systematic understanding of national interests of CIS countries through the prism of their foreign policy doctrines. All members of the team of authors, addressed around 50 experts from CIS countries, representing more than 20 universities. In fact this is the first scale project in the former Soviet space for the entire quarter-century period of its existence.
