On September 26, 2019 at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University there was “An interactive, hands-on approach to teaching and learning”, a methodical training seminar for lecturers of English in higher educational institutions of Nur-Sultan that was warmly welcomed by academic staff of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty of International Relations.
Lecturers from various universities of Nur-Sultan, as well as practicing English teachers, gathered at the ENU to exchange professional skills and abilities, to practice some alternative tasks that will bring a significant diversity to the routine process of teaching English.
Martin Curtis, an international lecturer of Oxford Publishing House, demonstrated the methodology, resources, and other materials that are actively used for the professional development of university teachers.
