On March 27 in 2018, a group of teachers and young scientists from the ENU named after L.N. Gumilyov, which are represented by the following participants: candidate of historical sciences, associate professor of oriental Studies Madina Magazovna Abisheva, candidate of historical sciences, associate professor of regional studies Kilybaeva Panu Kalynbayevna, candidate of legal sciences, associate professor of the department of civil and ecological law Saktaganova Indira Sovetovna, PhD, senior teacher of regional studies Ibrayeva Aigerim Yergaliyevna and candidate to PhD, department of international relations Alkeev Anuar Kazbekovich, has took a part in the international conference "Eurasian integration and modernization of the economy as a basis for increasing the competitiveness of the countries of the EEU ", which was held at the West Kazakhstan State University named after M.Utemisov, who was the one of the organizers of this international conference and whose leadership has kindly opened its doors and provided the base of the educational institution as a venue for the above-mentioned event.
This event was held under the sign of cooperation between Kazakh and Russian scientists, in strengthening bilateral Kazakh-Russian relations in the educational and research and integration spheres in the real conditions of the functioning of the EEU.
The Russian side was represented by such experts and representatives of research centers as; candidate of historical science, director of the Information and Analytical Center of "Eurasia-Povolzhye" (Saratov) Lapenko Marina Vladimirovna; candidate of historical Sciences, professor of the department of international relations and foreign policy of Russia SGU named after N.G. Chernyshevsky (Saratov) Tsyplin Vitaly Gennadievich; candidate of political science, expert of the IAC "Eurasia - Povolzhye" (Saratov) Alexander N. Sazhnov. It should be noted that, colleagues from the Russian Federation are also one of the direct organizers of this international scientific and practical conference.
In its turn, representatives of the WKGU named after M.Utemisov, has been participated actively, Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations, candidate of political science Yurov Vitaly Vinalievich has gave a welcoming speech.
The moderator of the meeting of the expert club was the doctor of economic sciences, professor of the department of Economics and Management of the WKGU named after M.Utemisov, Mergalieva Lilia Igorevna, who was one of the speakers.
On behalf of the professor-pedagogical members of above-mentioned university has been participated candidate of economic sciences, professor of the department of economy and management Suleimenova Gulnar Nakhanovna.
It should be noted, that the main goal of this event is the development of a regional economic agenda in the context of the implementation of the EEU in 2018.
During the work of the expert club, there were provided speeches of the speakers' by the following topics and questions were discussed:
• Problems of Iran's cooperation with the EEU;
• Historical experience and analysis of the implementation of the program of modernization of public consciousness "Ruhani-Zhangiru";
• EEU and EU: problems and Prospects for economic cooperation;
• Aspects of the legal regulation of the activities of the EEU;
• Threats and challenges to the economic security of the EEU;
• Integration cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan in the oil and gas sector;
• Problems and prospects of development of Kazakhstan companies in the conditions of the EEU;
• Problems of the development of the EEU and its impact on the modernization of the Kazakh economy;
As a result of discussions and the work of the conference, further directions and cooperation of the community of scientists of our countries were agreed and an analytical report "Eurasian integration and economic modernization as the basis for increasing the competitiveness of the EEU countries" was presented, which is the result of painstaking work by Russian and Kazakh scientists.
Peculiarities of the implementation, purpose and practical value of this report were presented by Marina I. Vladimirovna Lapenko, Director of IAC Eurasia-Povolzhye, and an expert Aleksandr Nikolaevich Sazhnov, who in its turn noted, that the content of the report is the fruit of joint efforts and studies of experts representing the SGU named by. G.Chernyshevsky, WGU after by M.Utemisov and ENU named after L.N. Gumilyov and other scientists had relevance to the study of the issues covered by the report and takes a part in the drafting of the report.
In conclusion, the Vice-rector for scientific work and international relations of the above-named university, candidate of political science Yurov Vitaliy Vinalievich, has addressed to the participants and students and faculty members. In his final speech, he expressed his appreciation to all those present in the hall. Also, the Vice-rector noted the importance of such events for international cooperation between the expert community of our countries, practical value for the exchange of experience in the training and strengthening of civic responsibility for students and the younger generation, and wished in the future to continue the established traditions of joint research and to strengthen the relations between the teaching staff and students, regional universities of our country, and good-neighborly, respectful relations between our neighbors.
