On April 10, 2020, the international scientific conference "Science and education-2020" was held for the day of science among young scientists and students. The conference was held in the section "Eastern countries’ paths of development: Past and Present".
This section was attended by 24 reports (13 undergraduates, 10 students) under the guidance of teachers of the Department of Oriental studies of the faculty of international relations.
The members of the Commission highly appreciated the scientific work of students and undergraduates. Along with researchers in the footsteps of classical Oriental studies, there were many students who conducted research on current topics of modernity. Members of the Commission noted several of the best works and did not ignore the shortcomings. As part of the problem of involving students in science and research, it was noted that the teaching staff of the Department should work more actively in the next academic year.
