Scientific-methodical seminar devoted to the history of Astana was held at the Department of Turkic Studies

On march 29, 2018. at the Department of Turkic Studies, the international scientific-practical conference was held at the end of the planned scientific-methodical seminar. In the framework of seminar, the director of the Institute of Archaeology after named K.A. Akishev, c.h.s., professor M.K. Khabdulina read the report on the theme "The Medieval History of Astana."

In the weekly report there were actual questions, related to history and archeology of Astana and its occurrences. M.K. Khabdulina shared his thoughts about the archeological objects of Astana and its surroundings from fireworks to the middle ages. These are the grave of the epoch bronzes and sunny windscreens Kuygenzhar, and the Sak tribe of Siganak, and the multicolored mid-archeological complex of Bozok. The information on all objects was interconnected with the illustrated material.

      The reporter took advantage of the badge Bozok. It is a unique memorable statue of Astana, that dated from VI - XVII century and represents a complex of modern types of objects. The material of Bozok city reflects the history of the four-state state formation, which is in the territory of Kazakhstan in the mid-term. The Turkic kaganat (VI - IX century), the Kypchak’ khan (X - XII century), the Golden Orda (XIII - XV cc.) and the Kazakh khan (XV - XVII cc.). M.K. Khabdulina introduced the listener with the history of research, writing, painting hockey riddles, research, and reconstruction.

     The workshop was attended by lecturers, PhD students and students of the department of Turkology. The report was published by the audience of the audience, which raised a large number of questions, which in the past touches on the nature of the interdisciplinary characteristic of the event.
