From 4 to 9 February 2019, within the framework of the Ariana Persian language club, with the support of the Iranian Cultural Center at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kazakhstan was held a master class of the Iranian calligrapher Mr. Said Khushmanesh. The main purpose of the master class was to introduce the history of Iranian writing, types of calligraphy and tools necessary for calligraphy. In this regard, students familiarized themselves with Iranian calligraphy and learned artistic writing. The master class was attended by students of the Department of Oriental Studies and Persian language lovers. At the end of the course certificates were issued.
Also, the students visited the exhibition of Iranian calligraphy organized in the Library of the President of Kazakhstan where the works of Mr. Said Khushmanesh were exhibited.
