International cooperation

In the sphere of international cooperation Department of International Relations pays much attention to the internationalization of the educational process in all levels of preparation.

For the last academic year the following students from foreign universities were trained in the short-duration mobility program:

Safarov Abuali Iskandarovich, Tajik National University, Republic of Tajikistan;

Naya Frederike Augustin, Otto von Guericke University (Magdeburg, Germany);

Philip Simon Georg Klein, Otto von Guericke University (Magdeburg, Germany);

Pfeffinger Jonas, Otto von Guericke University (Magdeburg, Germany).

In the 2017-18 academic year students from Uzbekistan (3), Mongolia (7), Vietnam (1), China (1), Germany (1 ), Turkey (1) are on the full course study on educational programs 5В020200 - "International Relations", 6M020200 - "International Relations".

In the 2016-17 academic year the Department facilitated the organization of academic mobility of students:

Kamysov Maksat Kairatly  in University of Wroclaw (Wroclaw, Poland);

Zhusupbekova Meruert Baurzhanovna in University Jean Mulan Lyon 3 (Lion, France)

Sovetkhanov Batyrkhan Tleukhanli  in Vilnius University (Vilnius, Lithuania)

Adyrbaeva Zura Daurenovna in University of Wroclaw Wroclaw (Wroclaw, Poland);

Tazhikerim Alima Bazarbekyzy  in University of Deusto (Bilbao, Spain).

   In the 2017-18 academic year the student of the 2-course 6M020200 Dosibayeva A. is taught  in Vilnius University (Lithuania) on  out-of-school mobility.

Double diploma education is maintaining in cooperation with the partner universities from Russia: Moscow State Institute of International Relations and RUDN University.

In the result of the 2016-2017 academic year   Smagulova Botagoz completed a course  at MGIMO and  Anvarova Nasiba  at RUDN University.

For a double diploma study, a special joint curriculum is drawn up, which passes a long stage of agreement by both parties. The program of the first course is mastered in Russian higher education institution, the second course is held at ENU. The defense of master's thesis is conducted online with the participation of professors from both universities.

Students have the opportunity to attend the lectures of foreign professors. The following foreign professors work on the department on an ongoing basis:

1. Tokar P.V.  (Ukraine);

2. Velichko K. (Bulgaria);

3. Seit Ali Avzhu (Turkey).

The following foreign scholars have read short courses:

Paolo Botta (Argentina),  October 2016;

Seit Ali Avzhu (Turkey),  December 2016;

 Hendrik Bullens (Turkey), December 2016;

 Victor Shebek (Colombia),  December 2016.

Along with lecturing  they advised graduate students on their master's theses.
